Description
Fire needs air. A fire blanket takes the air away. This one is woven fiberglass, 0.43 mm thick, packed in a wall-mount pouch with two pull tapes so it comes out flat and ready to use.
Use it on a small fire that is just starting: a pan on the stove, a grill flare-up, a waste bin, or clothing on fire. Lay it over the fire, do not throw it, turn off the heat if you can, and leave it in place until everything has cooled.
Six sizes. The 1.0 x 1.0 m size is the standard kitchen blanket. Larger sizes cover a bigger grill, a fryer, or wrap a person.
